Chef Vipul Bhasin has more than 25 years of experience in Indian Cuisine. He is an alumni of the Indian Kitchen, in the Taj Group of Hotels, a premier chain, in India operating 5 Star Deluxe Hotels. He owns the restaurants Corianader & Indya in South Jersey and Veda in Philadelphia. In a joint venture with Raaz from the Newport waterfront area, in Jersey City utilizing the many years of experience together and keeping in mind the current trends in Indian Cuisine we present “Indian Xpress” in Short Hills, New Jersey!
